Classic tagine cooked with carrot, potato and sweet potato in a symphony of spices including cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, paprika, clove, nutmeg and allspice. This dish is warming and hearty, especially when served with the sumac Moghrabieh couscous (similar to pearl couscous).
