Ingredients:Walnuts, onion, pomegranate molasses (concentrate pomegranate molasses, salt, fruit extract, water, citric acid, colour caramel IV) vegetable oil, capsicum paste (red hot pepper, salt, acidity regulator E330, preservative E202), Baharat spice mix (smoked paprika, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper), sugar, salt.
Example Recipe (2 serves):150 grams Fessenjun Persian stew paste 200 grams tinned tomatoes3/4 cup cooked puy lentils3/4 cup cooked eggplant80 ml water
Heat paste with tinned tomatoes and water. Add cooked lentils and cooked eggplant.
