Example Recipe (2 serves):
150 grams Fessenjun Persian stew paste
200 grams tinned tomatoes
3/4 cup cooked puy lentils
3/4 cup cooked eggplant
80 ml water
Heat paste with tinned tomatoes and water. Add cooked lentils and cooked eggplant.
